Greg Dreveny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the non profit corporate world and the community development industry. He has spent over a decade working for Dallas County System of Services, (Formerly the Dallas County Children's Policy Council), under the tutelage of District Court Judge Robert Armstrong III. Throughout his career, Greg has developed an impressive set of skills that have enabled him to excel across multiple disciplines in this fast-paced and ever-changing sector.

With expertise spanning from grant writing,quality assurance, corporate administration, workforce development, and project management, he is able to deliver results that exceed stakeholder expectations and drive sustainable commercial success. Greg places a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork as the keys to achieving ambitious goals, building positive relationships both inside his own team and with external partners. Senior Programs Officer Astrid Craig

Astrid Craig is the Senior Programs Officer at the Dallas County System of Services in Selma Alabama. In her role, she directs STEM Afterschool, STEM Summer Programs, the Dallas County Gang Diversion Program, The Compass Evening Reporting Program, and the Strong African American Teens Program. Astrid completed her schooling in Brewton, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama. There she obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Later, Astrid attended Birmingham School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctorate Degree. 

Astrid began her career as a Program Manager through a court-ordered juvenile diversion program in Montgomery, Alabama. Through this experience, she developed a love for implementing community-based diversion programs for youth in the juvenile justice system. Astrid was later appointed to be the Chief of Juvenile Probation in Selma, Alabama by retired District Court Judge Robert E. Armstrong, III. Under Judge Armstrong's leadership, Astrid continued her goal to create restorative justice programs for youth. After eight years, Astrid transitioned to her current role.
